The performance of applications on our website www.lentesonline.pt implies the express acceptance of the general conditions set out below:

The "Customer" has a valid current contact lens optician or optometrist registered specification. The order of contact lenses assumes that the client is already contact lens wearer.

Should the product cause discomfort or any abnormal symptoms (eye irritation, redness), you should immediately discontinue its use and consult a specialist in person.

The "Customer" declares that its age is 18 years or over, and doing regular monitoring of the state of your vision and eyes.

The "Customer" undertakes to carry out the cleaning and handling of contact lenses according to the advice of your specialist as well as technical information of the product itself, and must respect the time of use (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly) and the recommended shelf life of the product.

Privacy

Our website www.lentesonline.pt does not disclose "Customer" information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Termination of Contract

Our website www.lentesonline.pt complies with the terms 1 of Article 6 of Decree-Law 143/2001 of 26 April governing distance contracts, so that consumers can return within 14 days, or without exchange, any product purchased. The return or exchange will be accepted only if the products are returned in the making in conditions that were sold.

Juridiction Limit

For the resolution of any dispute arising from this contract will be competent the Court of Ponte da Barca County, expressly waiving any other. For all legal relationships between the "LentesOnline.pt" and the "Customer", the Portuguese law overrides the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods 1980 (CISG), even if the source of the request is outside.

In these terms and conditions "LentesOnline.pt" is a registered trademark of Optibarca - Óptica Ocular, Lda. The "Customer" refers to the person making the purchase on site www.lentesonline.pt
