After receiving your request we will send the order through CTT or CTT Express, your order will be delivered to an address indicated. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the order and payment method they choose. All orders will be shipped properly packed to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

If for some reason, and up to 15 days after the date of receipt, you’re just not happy with it for any reason, you may return any unopened.

To do this, you must observe the following rules:

• Unopened (boxes or packaging), in the original packaging, and suitable for re-sale again;

• Product returns are not accepted which have been made with specific parameters for the "Customer".

• Send the original Invoice when returning goods.

We will refund your money within 8 days after reception of the product. Refunds will normally be made in the same method that your order. We suggest you keep a "proof of postage" when returning goods.
